The late Pat Jackson (1932–2001), a legendary pioneer in the PR field, was honored September 8, 2016 at an event at Baruch College, produced by the Museum and organized by Jackson, Jackson, and Wager, the firm Pat founded in 1956. Stacey Smith, JJ&W senior counsel and partner, emceed the panel discussion, and curated an exhibit featuring dozens of artifacts, reports, and papers, as well as copies of Pat's well-regarded newsletter, PR Reporter. The exhibit will be on display throughout October at the Museum.

Panelist included Rich Bagin, Executive Director of the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA); Gail Winslow, a former JJ&W colleague and now Associate Director, Strategic Growth and Business Development for UMass Medical School; Joe Brennan, VP Communications and Marketing at University of Albany–SUNY and Counselors To Higher Education/PRSA leader; and Anthony D’Angelo, PRSA-President elect and professor at Syracuse University.

The event was produced by The Museum of Public Relations.
