A Celebration of Latino PR History

Baruch's Dr. Aldemaro Romero Jr., Dean of the Weissman School for Arts and Sciences at Baruch kicked off the Latino PR History Month at a first-of-its-kind program September 27. Emceed by Mike Fernandez, CEO, U.S., Burson-Marsteller, the event celebrated the history of Latinos in the development of the world-wide PR profession. Special guest speaker was Juan Cappello, Chairman and Managing Partner, Contemporanea LLC. The evening's celebration was produced by The Museum of Public Relations and co-sponsored by the Hispanic PR Association and Corporate Communication International (CCI).
